The Generator was an   arts incubator that   supported the agile development of student-led initiatives in a collaborative active learning environment. The Generator promoted arts entrepreneurship, interdisciplinarity, and on- and off-campus engagement.

  The Generator’s spearhead project, Game Lab 142, was   an open access, collaborative venture dedicated to the design and development of analog and digital games.   The core student team consisted of majors in art, interdisciplinary studies, computer science, business, engineering, sound design, communications, journalism, and psychology.

  Nasusea  (Game Lab 142), 2017.    Nausea    is largely a subconscious exploration of the nauseating effects of propaganda. Players in the game work together in order to solve disorienting puzzles and reach the end of the levels before they succumb to motion sickness.

  Mooltiplier & Termoonate ,  Animoo , (Game Lab 142), 2017    A    humorous card game for 2-5 players ages 6+,  Animoo  takes traditional anime and cartoon tropes and satirizes them into a quirky, cow-themed card battling game. The game requires basic recognition of numbers, but otherwise does not require functional literacy.
